Naveen Gavara is a Stack Engineer at Elestor B.V. who recently completed his Masters in Sustainable Energy Technology at the University of Twente. He has a passion for sustainable energy and management, with a particular interest in long-term energy storage. Naveen has a diverse range of experience in the energy sector, having worked as a Test Engineer at Elestor B.V. and as a Graduate Research Student at TNO. During his time at TNO, he worked on decentralized PEM electrolyzers for coupling with PV systems, conducting literature studies on degradation mechanisms of PEM electrolyzers, and operating PEM electrolyzers with varied temperatures and high current densities. He also worked on system performance with constant power and intermittent power supply, as well as PEM system integration with PV supply. Naveen's education history includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from the University of Twente and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from MVGR College of Engineering (A). He also holds a CBSE from Sri Krishna Vidya Mandir. Naveen's tech stack includes expertise in SDET, test, research scientist, decentralized, and integration.
