Naveen Keshava is an accomplished Head of HR Business Partner and Organization Development with over 12 years of experience in the field. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing people strategy, organizational design, handling large scale change management projects, and leadership coaching. Naveen is an experienced HRBP consultant to multiple executives and senior leaders in a business with elevated levels of complexity. He is proficient in leading team-based large scale projects impacting over 11,000 employees and accountable for managing large businesses with more than 1250 employees and 73 managers. Naveen has significant expertise in working with teams of diverse cultural or geographical backgrounds. He has experience in diverse HR functional areas such as HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations. Currently, he is heading HR Business partner and Organization Development, globally for Tally Solutions. He is entrusted to bring holistic change to the culture and help build high performing teams. Naveen is leading the people strategy for the global workforce and business partnering to drive innovation and capability through people solutions. He is managing global businesses and building processes and systems that help a true global organization. Naveen is leading the digital transformation of the company and helping the organization adopt disruptive, innovative & future-looking talent solutions. He is managing organization-wide transformation by providing support for complex change management and engaging the organization in change programs to deliver desired outcomes. Naveen is also heading the “Corporate Social Responsibility” for the organization and helping scale the initiatives. Naveen has worked with companies like SAP and L&T in the past. As a Senior HRBP Consultant at SAP, he has driven a complex change management process at a country level, for cloud business affecting more than 70% of the HCM organization. He has executed people strategy and transformation exercise for cloud business successfully, reducing the attrition from 16% to 8.9%, increasing career development plans from 23% to 87%, and increasing employee engagement from 87 to 91. Naveen has also worked as Manager - Global Leadership Talent Acquisition at L&T, responsible for Leadership level hiring for different businesses of L&T. Naveen holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He has also completed an Executive Education Programme in Management of Technology and Innovation from IIM. Naveen has a tech stack of infra and
