Naveen Nanjappasetty is a self-managed and result-oriented Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. He has expertise in functional testing, automation testing with Selenium, and Mainframe application testing. Naveen takes pride in being a strong problem solver, quick learner, and a team player. His teammates consider him as someone they can rely on for delivery, quality, and troubleshooting. Currently working as a Senior QA Specialist at Wells Fargo India Solutions PVT. LTD, Naveen has been leading the testing team for the Brokerage team for over 4 years. He is responsible for automating manual scenarios using Selenium Web Driver in BDD format and supporting any regression execution for the wealth management applications. Naveen has gathered requirements documents such as business requirements and design documents and reviewed the Test Basis, designed and documented Test Strategies, Test Plan, Test Cases, and executed test cases. He is also responsible for writing and maintaining Selenium WebDriver scripts for regression and functional testing using a data-driven framework. Naveen has experience leading 10-12 offshore team members across projects and workstreams for major clients like ABN AMRO for 7 years, BBVA, and RBS UK. He has played an onsite test coordinator role for ABN AMRO and Fortis integration. Starting his career as a functional tester, Naveen has played different roles such as test analyst, test lead, test coordinator, defect manager, and test automation lead, which helped him understand the real questions around testing. Naveen has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Sri Siddhartha Institution of Technology (S.S.I.T), Tumkur. He also has a 12th-grade degree from Sri Siddhartha Pre University College and an SSLC degree from Siddaganga High School Tumkur.
