Naveen Prabhu is a seasoned Technical Lead with over 14 years of experience in the IT Product and Services sector. He has a strong background in the development and delivery of enterprise-wide applications using the Java technology stack. Naveen is skilled in impact analysis, project management adopting Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, direct client interaction, and client support. Currently, Naveen works as a Technical Lead at Happiest Minds, where he oversees the development and delivery of products and services. Prior to this, he worked as a Lead Analyst at CGI and a Senior Software Engineer at SunGard. At SunGard, he was involved in development on Core Java, J2EE, Struts (MVC), and web services on JBoss and Weblogic platforms. He also managed the development of product enhancements, unit testing, and bug fixes. Naveen has experience in understanding business requirements, preparing design documents that map to the requirements, and ensuring completion of the development phase. He liaises with the management at BU to ensure timely delivery and connects with clients directly to understand issues faced and provide solutions. He provides support during releases to ensure that client contractual obligations were met. Naveen holds a PG Diploma in Computer Applications from IGNOU, a PG Diploma in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Manipal University, and a Higher Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Education.
