Naveen R is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in ITSM projects, particularly Major Incident Management. With over 2 years of experience, he has demonstrated proficiency in decision-making and customer engagement. Naveen is a quick learner and has a curiosity to learn new technical skills to become a competitive employee in the industry. Currently, he is pursuing an M.Tech in VLSI Design and Microelectronics at the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Currently working as an Associate Professional Software Engineer at DXC Technology, Naveen's role involves maintaining a professional demeanor to effectively manage the bridge and reduce impact time. He is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of major incidents, validating their impact, and taking proper actions for raising the Major Incident within the defined time frames. Naveen is also responsible for sending executive communications to higher-level management at regular intervals. He leads Major Incident calls to ensure business continuity as soon as possible, minimizing business impact. Naveen has undergone training for full-stack dot net development and is proficient in C#, MS SQL, Azure, and ASP.Net. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, where he graduated with honors. Naveen is expected to complete his M.Tech in VLSI Design and Microelectronics from NIT Calicut in August 2024.
