Naveen Shetty is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic HRM, recruitment, resourcing and development, performance management, training, rewards and recognition, and HR quality assurance and compliances. He is an expert in talent acquisition and employee engagement and has worked across multiple industries. Currently, Naveen is associated with EGA RAK UAE as a Senior Human Business Partner, where he is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives. He also oversees employee engagement initiatives and ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures. Prior to this, Naveen worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Specialist at the electronic government authority of Ras Al Khaimah. Here, he was responsible for talent acquisition, employee orientation, onboarding resources, employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health, and counseling. He also interacted with other departments like PMO, eService, IT, and shared services. Naveen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from MAHE. He also has a BBM in Marketing and Finance from Mangalore University and an MBA from Technology and Management Jobs. In his current role as Senior Manager HR at Codecraft Technologies Pvt Ltd, a multi-award-winning creative engineering company offering design and technology solutions on mobile, web, and cloud platforms, Naveen is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives. He also oversees employee engagement initiatives and ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures. Naveen's tech stack includes Flutter, Mobile, Web, and QA, and he has relevant experience of 22.20 years.
