•  Developed new pricing strategy for books to counterbalance the significant increase in commodity prices
•  Analysed several attributes of a book like printing quantity, type, paper size, number of pages, languages and created a cost-optimization model
•  Created pricing slots and whole portoflio of 80+ titles are divided into 4 sections based on sales, frequency, place etc.,

I worked as Project Manager in Transaction banking team in Commercial bank division of NatWest. During my tenure, I worked on POC of the project that handles billing of transactions of FI and Corporate customers. It is a migration from existing application to new one. 

•  Defined pre-requisites for customer migration from legacy environment to target platform
•  Analysed consolidated billing application requirements for FI clients and outlined 25+ payment processing scenarios
•  Designed data architecture of new application and accelerated product onboarding by 30%
•  The data fields of various payment types in the existing system are transformed & synchronized to map to new billing application
•  Inspected invoice generation structure, seamless processing of transaction information for commercial banks & merchants
•  Developed data-load progress template and streamlined reporting to senior management. Helped in reducing 40+ man-hrs
•  The entire migration process steps like to-be data architecture, process of billing, output generation are neatly documented
