Navendu Agarwal is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in running startups, designing system architecture, and creating large product solutions. He is a post-graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and is a certified developer in Deep Learning, Image Processing, Machine Learning, Django, Python, Android, Java, Docker, and Magnolia CMS. Currently, Navendu holds the position of Board Member at geospoc, where he is responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion. He is actively seeking to hire star Engineers and Data Scientists in Bangalore and Pune. Navendu has previously worked with Ola, where he held the position of VP of Engineering and Head of Artificial Intelligence. During his tenure, he consulted ONI, TATA Trust, and State Government on a national and state-level software implementation. He led the design of two types of systems, one to manage the state department's daily activities and another as an interstate open data platform for interoperability. The project included the system assessment of existing systems, market study, system design, stakeholder interviews, RFP preparation, and vendor technical bid assessment. Navendu applied India Stack Design principles to design the systems. Navendu's educational background includes a B.Tech & M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he graduated in 2005. He completed his schooling from Rani Laxmi Bai Public School, Jhansi, in 1999.
