He also got to work in different areas, including HR, Finance, and even as a cleaner or driver, to make the product grow and clients happy. At Fiserv, Navendu was part of The Warranty Group-UK RECAP Team, dealing with the insurance of white and brown goods. He was responsible for requirement analysis and elicitation, use case preparation, project estimation, impact analysis, requirement gathering, functional testing, documentation, and project management, promotion, and deployment. Navendu holds a PGP in Business Intelligence & Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business, a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIET, and a PGP in BABI from GLIM. He is well-versed in Mobile, Test, and Software Engineering.
