Navin GV is a technology leader with over a decade of experience in software engineering, Android and iOS development, search, and frontend and backend technologies. Currently, Navin is leading the technology at InterviewDesk, where he is reimagining how interviews are conducted. At InterviewDesk, Navin is responsible for seamlessly connecting hiring managers, potential candidates, and skilled interviewers to streamline the interview process and help hiring managers make the right decision. Navin's vision is to enable candidate-driven autonomous interviews at scale. Before joining InterviewDesk, Navin spent ten years with Amazon, where he worked on multiple projects. As an initial founding member of Amazon Academy, Navin led multiple initiatives, including content publishing, discovery and delivery, front-end architecture, and marketing to acquire and engage customers. Navin also built multiple features in Kindle across platforms, including Kindle for Android, Kindle for Fire Tablets, E-Ink Reader, Kindle for Fire Phone, and more. Some key features that Navin developed include zero-touch vertical scroll in Fire Phone, unifying the components for tablet and phone, accessibility screen reader for E-Ink, enabled book indexing and search in E-Ink devices, and prepared content for iOS and WebReader. Navin's past experience at Amazon includes working as a software development engineer-II, where he bootstrapped app content ingestion and designed and delivered multiple components for the discovery and delivery of content for JEE Ready Product (Android App). Navin also worked on launching Prime Now in FR, ES, and developed a region-specific product restrictions compliance service for Prime Now deployed in multiple marketplaces, including NA, EU, JP, and CN. Navin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Anna University, where he graduated in 2011. Before that, Navin attended G V M H S School.
