Navin Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Global IT Infrastructure Management. He is currently the Modern Desktop Product Lead at Syngenta, where he manages a team of 28 people spread across the globe. He is responsible for leading the Workplace Technology-EUC team, managing and securing IT infrastructure, VDI infrastructure, Managed Print Services, and end-user devices using various tools such as Azure AD, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Google Play Console, and Google Workspace. Navin has extensive experience in architecting, implementing, and automating cloud-based MDM solutions to provision and manage various devices such as Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Augmented/Mixed reality headsets (incl. HoloLense, Realware glasses) using Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Windows Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager (ABM). He is also proficient in automation using PowerShell, VBS, and Windows scripting, packaging applications using PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit (PSADT), and implementing and managing Group Policies. Navin has worked with companies such as NTT Data and HCL in the past, where he held roles such as Enterprise Architect - Modern Workplace and Sr. Specialist, respectively. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Symbiosis, and a Senior Secondary degree in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya NTPC Badarpur New Delhi. Navin's technical skills include infra, Azure, Senior Software Engineer, AWS, Android, and iOS. He has relevant experience of 12.44 years and is an expert in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Endpoint Manager-Configuration Manager (MEMCM)/SCCM infrastructure, including deployments in untrusted AD forests and managing workgroup computers, software deployment mass rollouts, patch management, customized Operating System deployment (OSD) solutions using SCCM and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), custom reporting, and extending SCCM inventory features for various applications based on customer requirements.
