Her responsibilities included understanding the requirements from the hiring managers, following outbound hiring principles, coordinating with the entire department to schedule multiple interviews, ensuring candidates have a great experience during the interview process, taking care of employee needs throughout their lifecycle, and creating and maintaining the right culture that enables employees to perform beyond their potential and grow. Before Belong, Navitha worked as an HR Intern at Elanic, which was later acquired by Sharechat. Her responsibilities included posting job openings, reviewing resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews, coordinating interviews with department managers, creating HR dashboards and performance review calendars, assisting in managing HR management software for payroll, leaves and income tax, auditing assets assigned to each employee, and creating the asset policy for the company. Navitha holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from NIT Surathkal, a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Computer Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University, and completed her high school education in Commerce with Multimedia & Web Technology from The Indian School, Bahrain.
