Naviyan R B is a Consultant (Intern) at Deloitte USI, with a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Management Institute in New Delhi, where she was also part of the Corporate Relations and Placements Committee. Prior to joining Deloitte, Naviyan was a part of EY Advisory Services Insurance Practice, where she was responsible for the implementation and customization of Guidewire Claim Portals for multiple lines of business and business entities for leading insurers across the globe. Naviyan's experience in the corporate world has been focused on building relationships between the students of IMI and the corporate world. She has engaged and interacted with the Human Resource departments of various organizations and built associations through various Campus Engagement Activities, including Business Thought Leadership, Corporate Competitions, Summer Internship Programs and Final Placements. Naviyan's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Amrita University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Management Institute in New Delhi. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Naviyan is a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering results.
