Navya Khare is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a passion for the confluence of science and computer science. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad and an MS by Research in Computational Natural Sciences. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Navya is well-versed in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Optimisation, and Statistics. Currently, Navya is pursuing a semester internship under Prof. Raghu Reddy as a Software Engineer Internship. During her internship, she developed a Crowd-sourced Delivery P2P mobile application that facilitates crowd-sourced delivery with functionalities such as search, filter, payment, etc. for consumers and update status, receive payment, etc. for service providers. Previously, Navya worked as Head Teaching Assistant at the International Institute of Information Technology, where she taught Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics. She also contributed to the MD Analysis Python Library, an open-source organization. There, she added features like periodic boundary conditions to their hydrogen bonding module and a method to copy the chain of concatenated trajectories dynamically in the chain reader module. Navya's education history includes a BTech in Computer Science and MS by Research in Computational Natural Science from IIIT Hyderabad and High School from Scindia Kanya Vidhyalaya, Gwalior. With her extensive experience and expertise in Software Engineering, Research Science, ML, and Deep Learning, Navya is an asset to any team she works with.
