Nawang Chhetan is a seasoned product manager with over 5 years of experience in the field. He is currently the Senior Product Manager at SirionLabs, where he oversees the development and execution of product roadmaps. Nawang has a proven track record of successfully launching products from scratch, having shipped 2 such products in his career. Prior to his current role, Nawang was the Co-Founder and Head of Products & Engineering at Wise Cells Learning Solutions, where he was responsible for the product roadmap, project management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. In addition, he played a key role in product architecture, engineering operations, and tech stack upgrades. Nawang also designed and implemented customer support processes and was responsible for team building, having conducted over 50 interviews and mentored 15+ engineers. Before Wise Cells Learning Solutions, Nawang worked as a Senior Manager at Raychem RPG Ltd., where he was part of the central business development team. There, he was responsible for gathering new product requirements for a billion-dollar government telecom project, program management, and market research. He also ensured right pricing by interacting with logistics, finance, and understanding international commercial terms. Nawang holds a PGDM in Systems & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His technical expertise includes product management, infrastructure, and research science. With almost 15 years of relevant experience, Nawang is a skilled product manager who has successfully launched products from scratch and managed cross-functional teams.
