Nayely Martinez is a highly motivated and accomplished MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with a proven track record as a Lead Software Engineer in the fintech, e-commerce, and IoT industries. With over 5 years of experience in the field, Nayely has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, product management, and team leadership. Nayely's journey from a low-income student to a CS grad to an engineer working in fintech has given her a unique perspective on the impact of active support systems on individuals and entire communities. She is passionate about utilizing technology to create high social impact and address issues related to socioeconomic inequality, humanitarian/disaster relief, education, mental health, and immigration reform. Currently a Fellow at Fusion Fund, Nayely has previously held positions as a Product Management Intern at Column Tax and a Lead Software Engineer at Marqeta, Inc.
