Prior to her internship at Finserv, Naynika gained experience in Public Relations and Digital Management as a member of the organizing team for Aaruush, SRM University's annual techno-management fest. In these roles, she was responsible for managing social media accounts, coordinating with sponsors and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of various events. Naynika's technical expertise lies primarily in Java, and she has experience with various Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. She is also familiar with SQL and has worked on database management and query optimization. Apart from her technical skills, Naynika is a quick learner and a team player.
