Nazimuddin Syed is a highly experienced General Manager with a career spanning over 31 years in the construction industry. He is currently the Head of Operations and General Manager of Operations and Business Development at Al Sabbah ElectroMechanical Contracting Co., a MEP division of Al Fara'a Group. Nazimuddin has a proven track record of successfully handling and completing prestigious projects from concept to conclusion. He has worked on landmark projects such as the Dubai International Airport Expansion - Concourse III, where he received the "Delivery Beyond Expectations Award" from his excellency Sheik Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Civil Aviation and Chairman of Emirates Airlines in 2013. Prior to his current role, Nazimuddin was the General Manager of Saudi Arabian Operations at M/S Unistar Cont. Co. Ltd., a joint venture of M/S ETA - Dubai and M/S Saudi Binladen Group. He was responsible for heading the overall operations and business development in the entire region of Saudi Arabia, as well as the tendering, engineering, and procurement departments of the entire KSA region. Nazimuddin has also held the position of General Manager of Construction at M/S Emirates Trading Agency (ETA - MNE Division @ Dubai - UAE), where he successfully handled and completed projects such as the Burj Dubai Residences, Irish Bay Tower @ Business Bay, Buildings by Daman @ DIFC, and Bloom Academy Project @ Al Ain. He also executed MEP works for Dubai - Metro Stations at Business Bay area. Nazimuddin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University and a PGDBM from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration. He also completed his Pre-University College from National College Basavanagudi. Bangalore and his high school education from St. Joseph's High School.
