Ndidi Obieze-Oranye is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in admissions and marketing. Currently, she serves as the Director of Admissions at Pan-Atlantic University (PAU), where she is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan of admissions for new students into the school. In addition, she oversees the marketing and presentation of the school to current and prospective students and parents. Ndidi has a proven track record of success in managing the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment, developing the admissions budget, and preparing appropriate admissions and marketing materials, ads, mailings, web pages, and publications that interpret the school to prospective students. She also promotes good relationships and creates networking opportunities and support for representatives with outside institutions that can be helpful in attracting quality students. Prior to her current role, Ndidi served as the Manager of the Admissions Office at Pan-Atlantic University, Ibeju, Lagos, where she was responsible for admissions testing and interviews, securing necessary student credentials, and communicating final decisions to the appropriate individuals. She also managed the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year with constant monitoring of attrition and retention. Ndidi holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Benin, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos, and an M.Sc./MIR in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is proficient in various tech stacks, including web development and testing. Ndidi is passionate about providing equal opportunities to everyone and has been instrumental in launching a one-year part-time Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) program in Media and Communication at the School of Media and Communication - Pan-Atlantic University Lagos.
