Neelima Boda is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in implementing Oracle utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions. With extensive knowledge in OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework), Neelima has worked on various aspects of the implementation process, from understanding business requirements to developing OUAF components like algorithms, scripts, zones, business services, and business objects. Currently working at Optum, Neelima's past experience includes working as a Systems Analyst at Abjayon for their client DICLE, a distribution and retailer electric utility company based in Turkey. Here, she was responsible for the implementation phase of the project, front-end application configuration management, and preparation of TS. She also developed integration points and was involved in unit testing and integration testing of the developed designs. Neelima has also worked as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, where she implemented CC&B for IRWD, a water and sewer service provider for the city of Irvine and surrounding areas. Here, she developed OUAF components like algorithms, scripts, zones, business services, and business objects, and collaborated with team members to research and develop fixes for incidents related to Oracle Utilities products. She also mentored junior team members. Neelima holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous), 530048 (CC-13), and completed her schooling from St. Paul's Public School.
