Neeraj Mishra is an accomplished IT technology leader with over 22 years of experience in managing global teams across geographies. With hands-on experience in product innovation, business transformation, product development, and implementation across technologies, Neeraj has proven expertise in setting up new development capabilities, organizations, and teams. Neeraj has extensive experience in eCommerce, merchant payments, digital payments, electronic payments, and credit cards. His specialties include innovation/transformation, product/engagement/delivery/account management with a strong understanding of technology and people process. He is SAFe 5.0 certified, which is a testament to his leadership and management skills. Currently, Neeraj is the Senior Director and Head of Global eCommerce India and Global Engineering Head of Alternate Payments at FIS, where he leads a highly efficient team of over 1000 people. He is also the Global Engineering Leader for Alternate Payments. In his previous roles at Fiserv, Neeraj led diverse teams across locations as the Senior Director of Payments and was responsible for leading offshore delivery for Electronic Payments/Bill Pay Apps as the Director of Electronic Payments. Neeraj has a strong educational background, including a General Management Program for Executive from IIM, a Master's degree in Computers from the University of Pune, and a Bachelor's degree from Lalit Narayan Mithila University. He also completed his 10+2 education in Maths and Bio from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Neeraj's technical skills include being a Senior Software Engineer, and he has over 20 years of relevant experience in the industry.
