Neeraj Mishra is a seasoned product leader with a passion for pursuing radical ideas that help businesses take quantum leaps. With almost a decade of relevant experience, he has built complex products from scratch with some of the most exciting companies in the industry. As a Lead Product Manager at Google, Neeraj is currently responsible for improving search experiences in Gmail and Google Chat. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Product Management and Lead Product Manager at Grab, where he was responsible for building the next generation of transportation and food delivery experience. He also worked with Myntra and Ola, where he conceptualized and created Ola's Outstation and Rental categories, which are currently major margin driver categories for the company. Neeraj's career highlights include being the product leader responsible for the conception and launch of "Saved Places", a faster way to book rides with Grab, and the product leader for the inception to launch of Myntra's loyalty program "INSIDER". He introduced business-critical features such as Manager Approval Flow, Corporate specific ride models, and corporate onboarding automation, which gave sustainable advantage over competition in the corporate travel domain. He also conceptualized and created Ola's first-ever fully functional and automated CRM system, bringing Ola's support function at par with industry performance. Neeraj holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from IIFT and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT. His tech stack includes product management and search. He has been awarded Employee of the Quarter for his outstanding contributions to Flipkart Marketplace Big Billion Sale.
