Neeraj Sanghvi is a highly skilled Director of Product Management at Mindtickle with over 9 years of relevant experience. In his current role, he is responsible for developing product vision, strategy, positioning, pricing, and roadmap for a new product line. He has aligned it with the company's vision, key stakeholders, and go-to-market strategy. Neeraj is extensively involved in user and market research and ongoing interactions with users, customers, and partners to continuously tune the product strategy for the new product line. He assesses the market, competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities while working with MindTickle's growth product related to conversation intelligence (ML/ AI based product). Neeraj has a proven track record of building roadmaps, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and taking the conversation intelligence product to market (enablement, pricing, positioning, etc) while working very closely with product, marketing, and company leadership. He has deployed the product to an initial set of customers. Neeraj also mentors and coaches new product managers at MindTickle. In his previous role as Principal Product Manager at MindTickle, Neeraj conceptualized a new product on knowledge retention from scratch and took it to market. He built the product specifications, managed delivery timelines (across design and dev), conceptualized the GTM strategy (positioning, marketing, pricing, etc), and managed the deployment of the product to initial enterprise customers. He worked closely with design, engineering, QA across these teams to build quality products (new integrations, SCORM, and xAPI compliance, video content creation via collaboration over voices on ppts, tags) as part of the core offering that currently sees high adoption. Neeraj has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, which he completed in 2013. He also holds an HSC degree from Ramnarain Ruia College, which he completed in 2009. Neeraj's tech stack includes product management, AI, ML, research scientist, QA, and microservices.
