Neeraj Trivedi is a highly accomplished and passionate education professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. He is currently the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Pratham Education Foundation, where he is committed to the vision of universal quality education. Neeraj is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that aim to improve education outcomes for children across India. Neeraj has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale education programs. In his previous roles at Pratham, he served as the Head of Bihar Child Labour Program and the Operations Head for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. In these roles, he led teams to implement educational programs in affected areas during the Kosi floods in Bihar and managed educational programs for children in brick kilns in Patna, covering approximately 500 children in 2008-09 and 1500 children in 2009-10. Neeraj is a graduate of the prestigious Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he earned a Master's degree in Public Administration in International Development. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, where he majored in Marketing and Strategy, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras. Neeraj's education and work experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of microeconomics, macroeconomics, behavioral economics, econometrics, management and leadership, and institutional analysis. He has also envisioned and implemented computer literacy programs for Pratham volunteers in five districts, which covered over 100 children in the Pratham residential program.
