Neerav Shah is a seasoned sales executive with over 20 years of experience in complex, high-value enterprise sales across a range of technologies. He has a proven track record of helping companies quickly scale in EMEA by building and growing high-performing sales and channel teams, achieving above industry customer retention rates. Currently, Mr. Shah is the Vice President of EMEA for commercetools, the global leader in next-generation commerce software. Prior to commercetools, Mr. Shah was the Vice President of EMEA for SnapLogic, the leader in data, application, API integration, and iPaaS. He has also held sales management and consulting positions at Lithium Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent Motive, KPMG, and IBM Tivoli Systems. Mr. Shah has an extensive network of telecoms, financial services, retail, utilities, hi-tech, and media contacts across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the United States. Mr. Shah is an expert in building high-performing teams across EMEA and has startup and scale-up experience ranging from $20M to >$100M ARR. He has deep experience selling into telcos/service providers, retail, financial services, and utilities. He is an avid advocate and enforcer of MEDDICC and has expertise in next-generation commerce software solutions, enterprise automation, data and application integration, iPaaS and API management, SaaS/PaaS/Cloud/Microservices/Headless. Mr. Shah holds a BSc in Computer Science from City, University of London. He is a senior software engineer with expertise in integration, microservices, big data, and mobile. He is responsible for growth and expansion of the EMEA business and organization for commercetools, offering a true cloud commerce platform, providing the building blocks for the new digital commerce age.
