Neethika Singh is a seasoned Lead Data Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field of Big Data. She has a strong background in file distribution systems in a big-data arena and is an experienced Cloud data Architect and Hadoop Developer. She has worked on various projects involving Hadoop Eco System and Big Data, and has hands-on experience in Scala, Python, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, Yarn, Pig, Spark, Geospark, Geotrellis, and NO SQL Database - Cassandra. Neethika is efficient in building hive, pig scripts, and has hands-on experience in creating Hive tables and working on them using Hive QL. She has also written Hive queries for data analysis to meet business requirements. Additionally, she has hands-on experience in writing Pig scripts using Pig Latin to perform ETL operations. Neethika has used Sqoop to transfer data between Hadoop and relational database and to import data from relational databases such as MySQL to Hadoop HDFS and export from Hadoop file system to relational database. She has good knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis and Design and Database concepts, and has good experience in MySQL. Neethika is knowledgeable in Linux and shell scripting, and has excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals and can work as a part of a team as well as independently. She has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the same university. Currently, Neethika is working as a Cloud Architect at Searce Inc. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cyient and Tarant Software. She has also worked on cloud computing platforms like AWS and GCP.
