Neetu Bhadana is an experienced Talent Partner/HR Recruiter who specializes in hiring for roles in SDE & SDET product/service based companies. With 3.61 years of relevant experience, Neetu has established herself as a skilled recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent for her clients. Before starting her career in recruiting, Neetu worked as a session auditor and computer science instructor, where she gained valuable experience in teaching and mentoring. She then worked as a freelance recruiter for Flyvheel before joining Campk12 as a Coding Instructor and Session Auditor. After a month of working as a recruiter, Neetu decided to explore new job opportunities and is currently working as a Talent Partner for Talentxo. Neetu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University, as well as a diploma in Computer Science from Aalim Muhammed Salegh Polytechnic College. She also holds a Secondary School Certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Neetu's tech stack includes SDET and Software Engineering, which allows her to understand the technical requirements of the roles she recruits for.
