Neevash Ramdial is a highly skilled Director of Global Developer Relations at Stream, with expertise in Flutter and Dart. As a Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Flutter and Dart, Neevash has extensive knowledge and experience in mobile development, which he has used to great effect in his current role. He is responsible for managing a globally distributed team consisting of Developer Advocates from the United States, Europe, South Korea, and India. Neevash has a proven track record of success in developer relations, having worked closely with the Director of Developer Marketing/Relations to plan and execute campaigns across all of Stream's mobile offerings. He has grown the Mobile Developer Relations team to five persons across multiple countries and engineering disciplines. Neevash has also explored and built new marketing channels for the company and was responsible for the most viral marketing campaign in the company's history (to date). He has worked with the team on relaunching the company's iOS SDK and helped align and improve communication between all SDKs and teams, resulting in an improved developer experience and a more fluid feedback cycle. During his time as Flutter Developer Advocate at Stream, Neevash was responsible for growing the adoption and improving the developer experience of the company's Flutter product. He used his extensive knowledge of Flutter, community, and leadership to work with a cross-functional team on partially rewriting and architecting the product, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and building the Stream brand among Flutter Developers. He vastly improved the SDK product, planned and executed the most successful virtual event campaign in the company's history (at the time), and was responsible for hiring for growing the Flutter engineering team. Neevash has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from The University of Trinidad and Tobago. His tech stack includes Flutter, Mobile, iOS, and test.
