Neha Deepak Hariths is an experienced professional with a background in Operations and Software Development, currently seeking full-time opportunities in Business Analytics. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BNM Institute of Technology, Neha started her career in Operations with INFII Solar, where she managed a team of 18 and gained valuable experience in problem-solving and team management. After that, Neha worked as an ASP.Net developer in Accenture, where she was exposed to a range of technologies like SQL, HTML, and C#. However, her interest in the role and importance of data in business decisions led her to pursue a Business Analytics course offered by IISc. In this course, Neha learned to analyze and visualize data and draw conclusions as per the requirement. Currently, Neha is working as a Business Analytics Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, where she is responsible for creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. She is also involved in budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting. Additionally, Neha has relevant experience in operational modeling and developing new models that underpin sound business decisions. Neha is a team player and enjoys managing, motivating, and training a productive team. She is comfortable working in high-pressure and challenging environments and is always excited for roles and responsibilities that require patience and reverence. Neha has hands-on experience with SQL, dotNET, ASP.NET, web, software engineering, testing, frontend, and backend development. In her past roles, Neha worked as a Project Trainee at ISRO, where she designed and developed a suitable model depicting the concept of attitude control in satellites using reaction wheels. The simulation was done on MATLAB, and the complete software was developed and coded using embedded C language. Neha has also worked as an Associate Software Engineer in Accenture, where she was a core team member for software development during the design, building, testing, and bug fixing phases.
