Neha Gupta, Ph.D is an experienced Data Science Leader with expertise in Machine Learning and a proven track record of working in various technology companies in the internet industry. Currently, she is the Head of Data Science and Machine Learning at common room, where she leads the development of data foundations and algorithms for Marketing and Sales teams across lines of business. Neha has worked with some of the biggest companies in the industry, including LinkedIn, Uber, Adobe, and Yahoo. At LinkedIn, she was the Sr. Manager of Data Science, leading the Go-To-Market (Monetization) Platform initiative. She managed a team of data scientists and data engineers to build platforms for Sales and marketing attribution, LTV, MMM, and experimentation. At Uber, she was the Data Science Leader for the Experimentation, Segmentation, and Intelligent Insights Platform, where she led the XP (experimentation platform), Segmentation, and Analytics data science teams. Neha has a Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, where she also earned her Master's degree. She also holds a B Tech Hons degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
