Neha Nagaraja is a highly accomplished Business Analyst, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 5 years of work experience. She holds an MBA (International) degree with a first-class distinction score, specialized in business consulting. Neha has worked with several prestigious clients and organizations, including Accenture Solutions Private Limited, Deloitte Australia, Deakin University, Ericsson, and SPARK Deakin. At Deakin University, she was awarded the Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Student Success and was offered full-time membership to the Golden Key Honour Society and the honorary international society, Beta Alpha Psi, for her academic score and leadership. Neha is a focused and goal-oriented individual with excellent work ethic, interpersonal, leadership, stakeholder management, and team-player skills developed through employment and volunteer work. She has demonstrated solid entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to develop strong working relationships. She is excited to rejoin the workforce after a career break due to the pandemic and maternity. Currently, Neha is the Founder of her self-initiated venture, jeeneh by neha, which she started during her career break due to the pandemic and continued during her maternity break. She has designed and maintained the e-commerce application for the business, managed the supply chain, designed, marketed, and sold the product, and coached employees on manufacturing and logistics practices. Her venture offers luxurious, gourmet, handmade skincare essentials with patrons spread across the globe. In her past roles, Neha served as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, where she created data dictionaries, business processes, and business proposals for the Financial Statements tie-in automated tool using MS Office Suite. She also ensured elicited requirements were documented and aligned to the client's needs, acted as a bridge between the digital team and the financial services team, and performed Quality Assurance Tests (QAT) to check if the tool satisfied the client's requirements. Neha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from B.M.S. College of Engineering. She also completed a course in The Changing Environment for International Business in Europe from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Her tech stack includes Spark, test, QA, and Python. With 6.28 years of relevant experience, Neha is now exploring new opportunities to utilize her skills and expertise.
