Neha's current role involves evangelizing Asia-Pacific's biggest and single-best developer summit, GIDS Australia, to software engineers, lead developers, architects, technology leads, engineering managers, and CTOs. She takes pride in the fact that GIDS places utmost emphasis on bringing together a diverse stakeholder ecosystem with significant attendance from underrepresented groups such as women, people of color, or LQBT. Due to her efforts, 44% of the audience at the last event were from underrepresented groups. With 6.78 years of relevant experience, Neha has a proven track record of lead generation, pitching, and drafting business proposals to prospects. She was involved in client negotiations and closing open headcounts by coordinating with recruitment teams during her tenure at Euthalia Global.
