Neha Srivastava is a seasoned Recruiting Lead with over 6 years of experience in the industry. She is currently associated with rubiksolved, where she is responsible for hiring Backend, Frontend and Full-stack developers from IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT's. Neha is also actively hiring UI/UX developers with expertise in React, Angular, Node and Vue. Additionally, she is building a core engineering team from scratch for mid-sized companies and startups across India.
