Neha was the SPOC of KT from scratch and handled the team. She implemented RD's, E-fixes, and was responsible for all the customer queries related to billing. Neha worked closely with different teams from past three years which included deployment teams, EPAS, operations, etc. Neha holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed her schooling from Gwalior Glory, Gwalior. Neha's technical skills include software engineering, Java, Javascript, and testing. With relevant experience of 10.87 years, Neha is a valuable asset to any team she works with.
