Nethra Raj is a seasoned Senior SDET with over 6 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. Currently working as an SDET at Xoxoday, Nethra has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. Prior to joining Xoxoday, Nethra worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Rentomojo and as a Software Test Engineer at Test Yantra Software Solutions. Her roles and responsibilities included collaborating with project managers, business partners, and developers to coordinate project schedules and timelines, updating test plans, writing, reviewing, and executing test cases, identifying, researching, reporting, tracking and verifying software defects proactively and comprehensively, and performing smoke, integration, system, compatibility, and regression testing. She also performed preliminary analysis on the data sources to identify any interfacing issues and participated in the project life cycle, from analysis to production implementation. Nethra also conducted knowledge transfer and training sessions for new team members. Nethra holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Power Electronics from Dayananda Sagar University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from East West University.
