Newton Rhomel Beck Angelini is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience. He is currently working at Personio as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for the company. Newton is a proficient user of various technologies such as Mobile, CI/CD, AWS, test, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, iOS, infra, Senior Software Engineer, React Native, Flutter, Spring, and Android. Previously, Newton worked at Nubank as a Software Engineer and Tech Manager, where he fostered a CI/CD culture in Mobile development using infrastructure technologies such as Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MacStadium, and Ansible. He also worked with Flutter, React Native, Android, and iOS build systems to build and automatically test the apps. As a Tech Manager, he was in charge of the Mobile Tools team, which enabled engineers to work with mobile through Engineer Machine Setup product, CI/CD products, and the Release Train service. He was accountable for team morale, hiring, and delivery quality. Part of his job was to conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the team members, work along with recruiters to find candidates and interview them, conduct performance reviews, and help the team discover what to deliver to solve real problems.
