Nibu Habel is an accomplished leader with 15 years of experience in productising projects from scratch. He is a passionate and innovative individual who excels in teamwork and communication. With hands-on knowledge of machine learning models and implementing projects over it, Nibu is an expert in conceptualising new ideas and growing them from incubation to release product. He has a proven track record of building high scaling extensible and robust architecture and high-level and low-level design. Nibu has extensive expertise in developing microservices and monolithic applications for on-premise and SAS-based hosting services. He is also an expert in building machine learning models and productising them, as well as building data pipelines using Hadoop. Nibu is highly effective in collaborating with multiple teams, resolving roadblocks and challenges, and identifying risks earlier and coming up with mitigation plans. Some of the technologies that Nibu has extensive knowledge of include Java J2EE, Angular, Python, Django, Spring, Hibernate, messaging queues, databases (SQL NOSQL), Docker, cloud hosting, design patterns, and machine learning and AI. He has delivered products through Docker and hosted them as SAS-based models in AWS, and he also has knowledge of the storage domain. Currently working as a Principal Engineer at NetApp, Nibu has previously held positions such as Software Architect and Member of Technical Staff 4 at the same company. He has also presented in global conferences and has experience in planning, prioritisation, feasibility study, resource allocation, dependency management, and risk mitigation. Nibu holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from the Department of Technology, Savitribai Phule Pune University, and has completed his schooling at Stella Maris High School.
