Urgenci pioneered Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) and my role within that model was as SME and Senior Recruiting Consultant working on site with hiring managers and HR departments to fill positions by conducting requisition intake meetings, improving recruiting processes and managing candidate experience. •Manage flow of Advertiser Inquiries & assist customer with campaign management
