- Worked on a large scale project to migrate the existing user subscription architecture to an event-driven design, resulting in a stable user experience and reduced technical debt.
- Using AWS S3, architected a full-stack feature to enable admins to modify hundreds of thousands of user plans in bulk, allowing a rapid response to key COVID-19 challenges.

ClassPass is a membership program for fitness classes across multiple gyms and studios. Members can access multiple varieties of classes and engagement in their fitness regime, all at a fixed price. Participating studios benefit by attracting new students and profitably filling excess capacity in classes. ClassPass has also started corporate membership programs.

- Led a team of 10 engineers to redesign the core data model of the backend into one that would better scale with future projects.
- Technical lead of all payment and revenue-related projects, a highly complex part of the system due to the nature of pricing, printing, and selling user-generated 3D models.
- Updated the checkout flow to support multiple forms of payment options and currencies.
- Onboarded new hires by introducing them to code patterns, architecture, and processes.
