Nidhi Dubey is a Product Management professional with a passion for solving end user problems through technology and innovation. She is currently working as a Product Strategy Associate at IDFC FIRST, where she formulates and executes product strategy for a digital payment product portfolio. Nidhi has also worked on growing activation, adoption of new features, and engagement on Debit Cards via targeted and personalized multi-channel campaigns. She has end-to-end management experience of a BNPL product and has scaled the solution via integration with payment aggregators and gateways. Prior to her current role, Nidhi worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Asian Paints, where she developed a growth strategy and implementation roadmap for a +10% market share increase by FY’25 in Jamshedpur market. She conducted market research and analysis to develop a 360-degree understanding of the market from the perspective of all stakeholders. Nidhi also identified three product horizons and created action plans for each, redesigned the product portfolio to create differentiation for Asian Paints, and created multi-fold campaigns using consultative selling drives, experience booths, and direct customer engagement actions. Nidhi has also worked as a Software Engineer at Intel, where she was a part of the stress rack testing team responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure for testing the stability of cellular modems. She handled the end-to-end inventory and stock management at Bangalore and assisted in the distribution of test resources across various sites. Nidhi also developed a web-based tool to track inventory using technologies like AngularJS and conducted various small experiments aimed at enhancing the efficiency of test processes. Nidhi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. She has also secured 95.4% in ICSE (10th) and 97.25% in ISC (12th) from Carmel Junior College. Nidhi's technical skills include product management, test, research scientist, integration, software engineering, AngularJS, web, and infra.
