Nidhi was also involved in the building and implementation of Vault from scratch, which now gives out ~50k internal and external vouchers in a seamless, automated manner. By automating the entire flow of distributing vouchers, Vault serves different business use cases including and not limited to giving out vouchers for Cross Sell between LOBs, Customer Complaint Management, SignUp and Loyalty events. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Nidhi has a strong technical background.
