Nidhi Singh is an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a career objective to be associated with a progressive firm that can provide her with a dynamic workspace to extract her skills for professional use and develop her aptitude and skills to further the organization’s objectives. She is currently working as a Salesforce Trainee at kloudplm, where she is gaining hands-on experience in Salesforce and expanding her knowledge in the field. With 2.52 years of relevant experience, Nidhi has worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Cognizant, where she gained hands-on experience in handling EMEA-region clients. She was responsible for maintaining a Salesforce organization, responding to common business requirements, and performing administrative functions using current Salesforce features. She has also appropriately defined record and field data access based on business requirements, set up and configured Sales and Service Cloud applications, assessed, cleansed, and maintained data quality using standard Salesforce functionality, and used custom report types, reporting snapshots, complex charting, custom summary formulas, bucketing, joined reports, and crossfilters to build reports that meet complex business requirements. Prior to her role at Cognizant, Nidhi worked as a Frontend Developer Trainee at Kloudone, where she gained hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and worked on building responsive websites. She is familiar with the principles of good user experience, web standards, and responsive design and has worked with Agile project management principles. Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vel Tech Technical University and has completed a course in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Goethe Institut Max Mueller Bhavan Pune. She has also completed her Maharashtra HSC Board and Maharashtra SSC Board from Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College Arts, Science, Pune 01 and St Felix High School, respectively. Nidhi's tech stack includes Salesforce, Frontend, Javascript, and Web, and she is always eager to learn new skills and technologies to further her career objectives.
