Niharika Gotety is a Consultant in Technology Advisory at Sattva Consulting, where she collaborates with international foundations to advise them on their future investments and program areas. Niharika is a graduate of Ashoka University, where she obtained an advanced major in Political Science and concentrations in Media Studies and Philosophy. She completed her Postgraduate Diploma in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2018, both from Ashoka University. Prior to joining Sattva Consulting, Niharika was a Consultant in Government Advisory and an Associate Consultant in Foundations Advisory at the same company. She has also created an integrated technology strategy for a large non-profit and conducted change management workshops to facilitate technology adoption. With 3.71 years of relevant experience, Niharika has honed her skills in technology advisory, strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder management. She is a versatile and adaptable professional who is committed to driving positive change through technology.
