Niharika Mungale is an Associate Director at Camp K12, a leading EdTech company that provides coding and other technology-based courses to students across the globe. With over 7 years of experience in the field of education, Niharika is a software engineer by education but has a passion for content and teaching. She is motivated to combine her coding skills with her love for teaching and explore the scope of the modern field of EdTech. Niharika has worked extensively in the field of curriculum development and teacher training. In her current role, she is responsible for designing and creating coding curriculum for regions like the US, Middle East, India, and South East Asia. She also manages the training programs for teachers and builds SOPs to enhance customer experience. Prior to her current role, Niharika worked as the Lead for Coding Curriculum & Training Program and Manager for Teacher Program at Camp K12. In these roles, she was responsible for hiring and managing teams to overlook hiring, training, and quality evaluation for teachers. She designed SOPs to enhance the performance of the teams and build better training modules. Niharika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. She has a strong tech stack background in software engineering. With her passion for education and coding, Niharika is a valuable asset to the EdTech industry.
