Niharika Verma is an experienced professional with a strong background in interpreting and analyzing data to drive business solutions. Currently working as a BizTalk Developer at Kale Logistics Solutions, Niharika is responsible for the smooth transfer of EDI messages for multiple clients, development of maps, orchestration, and pipelines, setting up BizTalk Server, impact analysis, and root cause investigation. She has also coordinated with different teams/clients depending on the issues and used Linear regression to predict the time taken for unloading of cargo, data filtering, and dashboard creation. Prior to her current role, Niharika worked at Zi Systech and Capgemini as a Production Support and Solution Architect and Senior Software Engineer, respectively. At Zi Systech, she managed Enterprise clients, data filtering, and analyzed the impact on business goals. At Capgemini, she handled incident and service request handling, functional testing, and technical testing while developing and supporting BizTalk applications using C# in-line features. Niharika holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning and AI from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. She also completed her Higher Secondary education at Delhi Public School. Her technical skills include SQL, Software Engineering, Python, Senior Software Engineering, and test.
