Nik Jain is an ANZ Solution Leader with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a tech executive, advisory board member, and volunteering presales coach. Currently, he helps ANZ-based business and engineering teams find faster growth and service reliability. Nik is a regional sales engineering director at Dynatrace, where he leads a team of architects, solution managers, and consultants to support mission-critical customers, grow customer base, and manage opportunities/prospects. He is an IT mega-trends technologist, hobbyist tech-stock investor, life-long learner, father, husband, entrepreneurial engineer, self-taught finance student, and mentor who is looking for angel investment opportunities. In the past, Nik was a solution advisor and presales lead for New Relic, APJ, and an innovation and entrepreneurship student at HEC Paris. He is a key IOT, ML, Data engineering enthusiast, and actively executes his consciousness re-engineering by following leading experts in this space. Nik's professional mission and vision are to positively touch as many lives as feasible (clients and young talents) and help them create success and find growth and prosperity. He is a computing curriculum industry advisor at Swinburne University of Technology, where he contributes to the advancement of the education sector and development of job-ready graduates. Nik holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Executive Master) from HEC Paris, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, and Foundations in Science from Hammersmith and West London College. He is proficient in DevOps, AI, New Relic, AWS, Data Engineering, Kubernetes, ML, and Senior Software Engineering. Nik has delivered talks on SLO, SLI & SLA Webinar & Kubernetes Observability Maturity Model @ New Relic, AWS Reinvent 2019, Cloud-Native Summit NZ 2019, and Kubecon Sydney 2019. Nik is a member of the DevNetwork Advisory Board - DevOps, a global community of more than 200k technology professionals and executives. He participates in bi-annual advisory board council, assists with nominations of Hackathon awards, involves in call for papers assessment, and has access to regional and global executive and practitioner network, and other global industry leaders in DevOps and DevSecOps space.
