Nikesh Jain is a seasoned technology professional with over 24 years of experience in developing complex software platforms and building top-notch engineering teams at highly successful startups and world-class software companies. He is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Product & Technology at Edurigo Technologies, a SaaS-based learning experience platform that is building a web 3.0 learning experience platform. Prior to Edurigo, Nikesh worked as Vice President/Head of Engineering - India at Apttus, a quote-to-cash start-up, where he was responsible for managing and growing Apttus engineering teams located at Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Pune locations. He was also responsible for managing and developing Apttus quote-to-cash suite of products including CPQ, CLM, Revenue Management on MS Azure and Salesforce cloud. Nikesh also worked at Icertis, a Seattle/Pune-based start-up, as VP Engineering, where he grew the engineering team from 30 engineers to 200+ engineers. He established engineering processes and release cadence, consolidated customer-specific code bases to a single code base, and improved product quality and performance many folds. Nikesh has also worked at Ariba (An SAP Company) as Director of Engineering, where he managed engineering development for upstream (Sourcing, CLM, Spend Analysis) and downstream (Procure to Pay, Catalog) products on Ariba commerce cloud. He has also worked at Yahoo! as part of their cloud platform group, where he owned and managed Y!Geo and Video transcoding platform. Nikesh's passion lies in making a difference (with huge impact) to society in the area of education or healthcare or just anything that would make this world a better place for humanity. At Edurigo, he is building a SaaS-based learning experience platform that gets into the metaverse. The platform is game-based learning, micro-learning based, and has learning analytics like never seen before. It is conversational, collaborative learning, and a web 3.0 learning platform. Nikesh holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS and a BE in Computer Science from SGSITS. His relevant experience spans over 21.28 years, and his tech stack includes product management, senior software engineering, web development, and Azure.
