Nikhil holds a US Patent pending for Modeling Dialogue Journey Using Intents to suggest relevant conversational replies. Nikhil graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee with a Bachelor of Technology in Production and Industrial Engineering. He went on to pursue a Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, where he was awarded the Director's Merit List Certificate for being in the top 5% of the batch with an Institute Rank 4. Nikhil has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Sprinklr and Rupeek. At Sprinklr, he held the position of Product Lead and Product Manager for Artificial Intelligence, where he was responsible for developing AI-first products, co-developing AI strategy for Fortune 100 companies, and conceptualizing a platform to ease the creation of NLP-powered chatbots for brands using historical conversations. He also helped the World Health Organization fight the infodemic by providing real-time correct information to millions of people worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Nikhil is a Senior Product Manager for Data Science & AI at Rupeek. He is responsible for developing AI-first products and leveraging data to drive business growth.
