Currently, Nikhil is the Chief Operations Officer at Harappa, where he is responsible for driving growth and scaling operations. He has also held the positions of Vice President Engagement & Customer Success and Director, Business & Innovation at Harappa. Nikhil is an alumnus of the prestigious Stanford LEAD program, where he studied Design Thinking & Corporate Innovation. He also holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he was elected as the Student Body President. Nikhil has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and completed his high school education from The Doon School. Nikhil is an EDtech expert and has enabled exits for two EDtech ventures at $50M. He is also associated with On Deck and Reforge. Nikhil's relevant experience in the industry is 9.85 years.
