Intent Discovery is currently used for onboarding new clients with historical chat transcripts onto the Haptik Platform. Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also attended Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School and J. H.
